GrantRadar ("we") provides no deadline sneaks past you. This policy describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and billing details (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
• Product data: the records you create in the app (grants and document-registry metadata). This is your data.
• Operational logs: basic server logs (timestamps, request paths, error traces) used to keep the service running.

How we use it

To operate the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your product data to train models.

Sharing

Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Cancel anytime and request deletion at don+grantradar@lifeofmorr.com — we delete product data within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing don+grantradar@lifeofmorr.com.

Children

The service is for businesses, not children under 13.

We'll post material changes here and email account holders first.
